Shipping & Returns


We currently offer UPS and UPS Sure post as shipping options for all merchandise shipped domestically and internationally.By choosing sure post we are able to ship to PO boxes.

In-stock items will be processed within 3 business days. Orders placed by 12:00 PM ET will be processed within 2 business days.

To calculate your estimated delivery date add processing time to transit time. For example, an item that is processed in 2 business days and Shipped using our Standard shipping option (3-5 business days) will arrive in 3-7 business days.


Exchanges & Returns:

In the event that a product has not met your needs we will exchange or return the item(s) up to 30 days after the purchase date. All items must be in original condition. The customer is responsible for returning the item(s) to the SAV Eyewear with the Exchange/Return form and return authorization number. A return authorization number can be obtained by contacting our Customer Service Department, 1-800-822-2881. Once the items have been received in our warehouse we will process your exchange or return. All refunds will be processed within 2 business days after the products are received. The original payment method minus the shipping charges will be credited. (Please note that returns of large quantities will be subject to a restocking fee.)

Warranty and Replacement Policy:

We offer a 90 day limited warranty. If there is a defect within one of our products, simply contact our office for a Return Authorization Number (RMA). After you have received your RMA number, return the product to us and we will gladly replace it for you.

Web purchases:

If you purchased the product directly from our website and the defect occurs within the first 30 days we will provide you with a shipping label to return the product. After 30 days the consumer is responsible for shipping the defective item back. If in the event that you qualified for a special shipping promotion, a label will be provided to you for free shipping back as well. (Our return shipping to you is via UPS Sure Post)

In Store Authorized Retailer Purchases:

If you purchased the product from one of our Authorized Retailers, we encourage you to return the product(s) to the store at which you purchased it from for an exchange or a refund. In the event that the Retailer will not exchange or replace the item(s), please contact SAV Eyewear’s Customer Service Department 1-800-822-2881 for a Replacement Form and Return Authorization number. Please include a $6 check or money order for return shipping back to you as well as the defective product and the replacement form. (Our return shipping to you is via UPS Sure Post)

**All returns, replacements or exchanges must be accompanied by a return authorization number (RMA) that is given to the consumer once you have contacted our Customer Service Department. In addition to the RMA number a Return/Exchange or Replacement form, which can be downloaded, emailed or faxed is to be included with every shipment back to SAV Eyewear as well. If in the event that a RMA number or form is not included NO refunds, exchanges or replacements will be given. This ensures that our turn around time for replacements or refunds are expedited.

Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, levied when the package reaches your country. Fees for customs clearance are your responsibility. We have no control over these charges. Contact your local customs office for more information, as policies vary widely. Additionally, when ordering from, you are considered the importer of record and are responsible to comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving shipped goods. Customs forms for all international packages list the value of your order by content and by product.
